We charge the following fees to tenants. For more details, please see your lease
As is disclosed in the lease agreement or application before signing, Real Property Management Rio Grande Charges the following Fees
MANDATORY FEES:
Application fee $50
Tenant Administration fee $225+tax when lease is signed
Utilities may be charged depending on the lease and the property
OPTIONAL FEES
Pet fee is 150+Tax per pet
Pet rent may be charged on some properties
AVOIDABLE FEES (Only Charged if Tenant causes them):
Late fee is 5% of the rent. Rent is due on the 1st and Late after that date
NSF fee for failed payment of any type (online or check): $50
Serving of notice fee: $50 if any notice is posted or mailed or given for non-compliance with lease agreement or Late rent.
Utilities correction Fee $50 if utilities are not placed in tenants name as required and RPM needs to follow up. This is in addition to the utilities cost
$50 if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24hrs notice
Termination fee of 1 months rent if terms of lease are broken and lease is terminated. This is in addition to rent and other fees owed
